First, confirm the joint
The hock is the angled lower joint on a dog's back leg. It corresponds roughly to the human ankle and sits below the knee/stifle. This product is not a knee, ACL/CCL, hip, paw, front-leg, or immobilization brace.

Measure first—weight alone is not enough
Measure while your dog is standing naturally:
- Circumference above the hock.
- Circumference below the hock.
- Vertical height of the area the brace will cover.
